Summertime Crop

Happy Wednesday! I am so excited we are half way through the week since a long 4th of July weekend is almost here! On Saturday morning, I will be heading to my family’s cottage for the weekend to celebrate the 4th of July! Even though I am very excited for the week to be half way over, I cannot believe that we are this far into the summer already!

I always have so many things I want to accomplish in the summer like activities, events and even outfits. Like I said in my Birthday post, we need to live life to the fullest and always keep moving forward, so that being said, I am going to work on a bucket list of things I want to accomplish for the rest of the summer. I am going to plan on posting it next week so I can have all of you hold me accountable of completing it and living life to the fullest!

I know some of you may have thought, who plans outfits to wear for the summertime and you are looking at her. I buy clothes with an intent to wear them and the season passes and the tags are still on and it will never leave my closet until I donate it. The shirt in this post is the perfect example of a piece that was not worn for its intent.

I got this shirt in December from Revolve and had a whole look planned out to wear when I was in Hawaii, but the shirt made the trip and the shirt was never worn. Fast forward to the warm months in the midwest and it was in a pile to donate. I did feel something special for this shirt so I threw it on when Howard and I were heading to dinner. I am glad that I did because it is my new favorite summer piece for this season.

I know that this post seems a bit rambled, but I want to share with you all on living life to the fullest and living in your life. I have so much I want to say about living life to the fullest so it comes out a bit jumbled as you can see. Like I mentioned above I am going to share with you next week of my summer bucket list of things that I want to accomplish for the rest of the summer. I am also challenging you to do the same, by writing down what you want out of the rest of the summer.

Life goes by so fast and it is very easy to miss the important things and not take care of yourself, so I hope you join me on this summer bucket list challenge! Check back next week to see what I want to accomplish for the summer!

I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday!

Xo, Leah
