Chrissy Teigen – I don’t even know where to start with this girl. I LOVE everything about this look, from the dress to the belt to the shoes. Her white dress is Zuhair Murad, and my favorite part of the dress is the slit! If I had legs like Chrissy I would be showing them off any chance that I had. I also love the beading detail over the bust as well as the belt. Monica Rose, her stylist, did an amazing job with the entire look! Besides having a huge girl crush on Chrissy her and John Legend are absolute #CoupleGoals!
Emma Stone – is wearing Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci. She always shuts it down on the red carpet, and she has done it again. The gold was a great choice for her skin tone and I was dying over the fringe detail on the bottom.
Hailee Steinfeld – To be honest I was not sure if I liked this Ralph & Russo Couture gown on Hailee, but once I saw it move on the red carpet I fell in love. This dress is so dreaming and with her architectural twisted bun up-do turned this look into the perfect red carpet look.
Halle Berry – First of all, can you believe that she is 50 years old?? Whatever she is doing I need to start right now! Halle wore Versace, which I feel like it is her go to designer. I first saw her from the back in this dress and her bum looked so fab!
Jessica Biel – She looked like the Oscar it self in the Koffman Franco gown, I mean who does not want to be in head to toe gold? The Tiffany & Co. Necklace that is paired with the dress just about sent me over the edge.
Janelle Monáe – This is an Elie Saab dress and I add her to my best dressed list because this was an interesting dress. There is so much beaded detail in the gown which makes it pretty incredible. I just wish that she would have not wore the gold headband.
Kirsten Dunst – I feel like I have not seen her since Bring it On. She really killed it on the red carpet last night in the Dior gown that she wore. I typically do not like a high low dress, but the fact just her shoes popped out, this was a win in my mind.
Luciana Barroso – I am not sure who the designer of this dress is, but I am obsessed! You would have no idea that she is not the “star” of this couple because she really shut it down with this look. Please comment below if you know who the designer is.
Viola Davis – I died when I saw her hit the red carpet in this Armani Privé gown. Viola always looks so great on red carpets and after I heard her acceptance speech I fell in love with her even more.
Taraji P. Henson – Where do I start with this look? This custom Alberta Ferretti fit her body like a glove, I don’t think ther could be another dress that looks so good on her. Between the neckline and the slit I was literally drooling over this when she was being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest.
Octavia Spencer – This was such a great choice for her figure, and I loved everything with the feather bottom detail. This Marchesa gown was so perfect for her and I would die to wear this dress. She is another actress that always looks so great when she walks the red carpet.
Olivia Culpo – Another fabulous gown by Marchesa! This gown was a collaboration between herself and Marchesa and it was made to draw awareness to the global water crisis that is going on. Besides the fact that this dress is beautiful it was also made for a great cause.
It was hard to narrow down my favorites from last night because there was so many fabulous dressed ladies! I tip my hat to all of their stylists that created such beautiful looks for the above ladies. Unfortunately I have some not so fav looks, check them out below:
Dakota Johnson – This Gucci dress remind me on a 1940’s wedding dress that was not preserved and has turned yellow. Typically I like Dakota’s looks on the red carpet but last night she just did not cut it for me.
Busy Phillips – I am a huge fan of Busy, but this dress was not for me. It reminded me of a of a risky Christmas dress. I’m not sure who is the designer of this dress, but since it is not my fav I am not too worried to find out.
Scarlett Johansson – I do not necessarily hate this dress, but I do not think it is right for Scarlett’s body. The top of the Azzedina Alaia dress makes her look bustier then what she already is and I feel that the fabrication is a little to casual for this formal event.
Teresa Palmer – I am pretty sure that I saw a cocktail length version of this dress at my dress-up dance in middle school (early 2000’s). The elongate waist makes her bust look awkward and since she seems to have an athletic figure this dress does not help her create an hour glass figure.
Leslie Mann – I don’t think I would hate this dress on everyone but since she is so small this dress is swallowing her small figure. She is another person that I usually love on the red carpet but this year she just did not do it for me.
Emma Roberts – I know that there is going to be a ton of people who love this Armani Privé dress, but since she is flat chested I do not think this was the right pick for her. If she have a bit more boobage going on I think I would like this dress a lot more.
